Before The Purging Of The Carbs and the Gluten Wars, there was a time when people unabashedly loved baked dough, believe it or not. And one bakery in Manhattan is making it hard not to.

It’s called Arcade Bakery, and their “laminated baguette” has eaters in ecstasy. To find out what it is, Brendan met with Roger Gural, who owns the Arcade.
