Carved out by The Library Bar, in the jewel city of Johannesburg.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce vanilla liqueur – preferably Galliano Vanilla
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple sugar syrup
  • 3 ounces champagne, preferably an opulent French one

Instructions:
Serve it in a champagne flute, rimmed with sugar (for extra sparkle). Take one sip, then another, and try not to faint from the extravagance of it all.
